Did you make a mistake in the size of your ring? Don't worry, Gemmyo offers you the possibility to have your ring resized. If resizing is not technically possible, Gemmyo will completely resize your ring to the correct finger size.
Resizing conditions
All rings in the European Union (including DOM-TOM) and Switzerland can be resized within 30 days of receipt of the jewel (including engraving) provided that :
- The ring is in perfect condition: that is to say that it does not bear the traces of wear during the 30-day period (micro-scratches, impacts, etc...)
- The ring was not previously returned for resizing
- The jewel has been sent back within 30 days after receipt by the customer, the postmark being proof
Resizing takes between 4 and 6 weeks. For rings delivered to the French overseas territories (DOM-TOM), this service is also offered. However, it may take longer and could result in additional customs fees upon return. That’s why we strongly recommend selecting the right size from the start!
If the required conditions are not met or if a second resizing is needed, the service will be charged:
- If the ring can technically be resized (depending on the design), the operation will cost €90.
- If resizing is not possible, the ring will need to be remanufactured using the original materials (metal and stone), based on a quote from our artisans.

Gemmyo will pay for the return shipping costs, provided that your ring has been returned to Gemmyo using the return slip provided by Gemmyo and from one of the following countries : Metropolitan France & DOM TOM (Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthélémy, Martinique, French Guyana, La Réunion, Mayotte, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon), Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
